Suspicious service requesting sensitive information

This service appears to be a scam, asking for your credit card details just to schedule an appointment, and they may even request your Social Security Number. It's advisable to be cautious, as many doctors do not utilize this service. They bombard you with advertisements, and there are far superior AI solutions available for patient onboarding. This one seems to be focused on profiting from both ends.

A concerning approach to patient data management

From a patient's perspective, this feels like a data mining initiative. It requires sharing various personal information and bombards you with emails and texts afterward. They provide no real benefit and may be selling your data. Although you can opt to keep it private, can you genuinely trust an unknown company with all your details? You'll never know if they trade it. They send frequent emails and texts, posing as your doctor's office, to repeatedly verify your identity. I chose not to engage with their process and simply visited my doctor as usual, and nothing changed.

A frustrating experience from a patient's perspective

From a patient's perspective, this feels like a data collection operation. It requires sharing extensive personal information and bombards you with emails and texts afterward. They offer no real value and may be selling your personal data. Even if you check the box for privacy, can you truly trust a random company with your information? You won't know if they sell it. They send emails and texts pretending to be from your doctor's office to repeatedly verify your identity. I decided not to fill anything out and just visited my doctor as usual, and nothing went wrong.

Repeated information loss - I'm finished.

Three times I attempted to add information for a physical therapy appointment check-in. Any issue caused everything to be lost, forcing me to start over from scratch. After about thirty minutes, I encountered a black screen with an error, losing all my data up to the HIPAA section, which should have been near the end. The problem seems to be that the system doesn't save any information until the final screen, even though I clicked continue on each page. Any complication results in total loss. I prefer paper.

No calls ever - even with my number provided.

They will never contact you, even after providing my cell phone number. No one reaches out to discuss our usage. Plus, you cannot cancel until the same time of year you initially started. This company is terrible. I have submitted this negative review with our ACO.

Concerns about Patient Privacy

As a patient, this service feels excessively invasive, as it collects information about your records to push prescriptions that should be decided between patient and provider. The appointment confirmation process is equally frustrating; despite confirming all details multiple times, I am repeatedly asked to log in again to verify insurance information. Even after confirming I'm not interested in certain prescriptions, they keep pushing the same options. Ultimately, at the appointment, the provider often lacks the necessary information I've already submitted, making the whole process pointless. The focus should be on the patient!
