This is a very entertaining game with impressive graphics. It's exciting to hunt and track animals. I rate it 4 out of 5 because some animals can spot or smell you before you get into shooting range. Overall, it's a fun game that I would recommend.
I received a defective game pad that malfunctioned right from the start. I reached out to the support team and haven't heard back in over 24 hours. I spent two hours troubleshooting and searching online for fixes without success. Now I have a £180 paperweight. I've requested a refund for the defective product, but have yet to hear back. Terrible experience; steer clear.
I will never engage with this company again. Their support is unresponsive. I bought their controller, which initially worked fine but then started disconnecting from the wireless dongle, ruining my gaming experience. I've found many users reporting the same issue with different controllers from the same company, and they provide no solutions. What a scam!
I ordered a digital download with a promise of receiving a code and instructions within two hours. I ordered at 2:03 GMT on September 7th, and it still hasn't arrived. Checking my order shows it as 'In preparation' even on September 8th. Despite explaining this to their 'customer service,' they refuse to issue a refund for an undelivered digital purchase. After many emails, the status finally changed to 'shipped,' but I received no instructions on how to access or use the code. I'm now waiting for it to download... hoping it works as promised. Awful experience; I would never repeat this with this seller or any other digital content.

It keeps insisting my password or email is incorrect when I try to log in, and verification emails take forever to arrive. I've ensured I'm entering everything correctly. Fix your system; I didn't want to create an account to begin with, but I'm forced to in order to play a game you've monopolized.
