I ordered a doll for my granddaughter for Christmas, but what I received was a huge letdown. The doll is completely different from what I ordered and not as depicted on the site. It's a cheap, unattractive item and arrived without a box as shown in the image. When I reached out for a refund, I received a response stating that I would need to cover the expensive return shipping costs. They offered a mere 5% refund. I insisted on a full refund and will ensure they stop deceiving customers! Avoid these scammers!
This company has awful customer service. I tried to return the doll because it didn't meet my expectations. They took ages to inform me that I needed to pay $25 for return shipping to get a partial refund of my $39. They also wouldn't specify the exact amount I would receive, so I might not even recoup my shipping costs!
The website featured Waldorf dolls supposedly made by a specific artisan, but the photos were taken from her site. What I received was a cheaply made doll from another country. The clothes are frayed and in poor condition. The company suggested I withdraw my dispute and they would refund my money, but the payment service already recognized the fraudulent site and issued a refund.
I purchased this with my unborn baby girl in mind, thinking I was getting a quality item. The store claimed it was closing (which was also a scam), and I picked the sweetest photo. What arrived was cheap and poorly made, and I was nearly in tears upon seeing it. It's shameful to deceive customers like this!
