Disappointing Experience - Gift Not Delivered I placed an order for a gift at the start of December, believing there would be sufficient time for it to arrive. Now, it’s stuck in transit and hasn't moved for weeks. The poor communication and inability to deliver on time are simply unacceptable. If you're considering making a purchase from this service, think twice. Spare yourself the frustration and letdown – they are not dependable.
I ordered a personalised stein glass for my father and was worried it wasn't going to be here on time before Christmas. I had an email saying that it had been delivered but in Northampton and was very confused. I sent an email to clear up the confusion and turns out it had to be sent to their UK warehouse in Northampton and then it gets sent over to your address. It state in the email that it had to do it's UK run but obviously I didn't know the warehouse was in Northampton. There was a lot of confusion but I'm happy to say I received the gift today and I'm over the moon with the product, the image is clearer on the inside rather than the outside but this is due to frosted glass on the outside, I'm sure once there is beer in there it will come out clearer 😁 Firebox did also reply back to reassure me my product will be on its way and that I would get a dispatched email when it was which I did so I'm very happy with the correspondence 😁
Ordered on the 8th December and arrived on the 21st December so not too bad for delivery time 😁
I would rate this experience a zero if possible. I ordered a personalized item that was supposed to come from Austria, which seemed odd. I received a tracking number from a delivery service, but then I got an email saying it was delivered to an industrial estate far from my location, handed over to someone named Lukas. I have no idea where my package is or who it was given to. When I contacted the delivery service, they informed me that the tracking number didn’t match any of my details! The seller is ignoring all my attempts to reach out. Comments on their social media indicate this issue happens frequently. This feels like a scam! I’m utterly disgusted and disappointed, especially since I don’t have time to arrange another sentimental gift before Christmas. This company needs to be shut down! I will be reporting them to the appropriate authorities!
I would rate it zero stars if I could. My order couldn't be delivered due to an address mistake made by the company, not me. I've tried to contact them through chat, email, and their online form, but only received automated responses. They have taken my money, and I can't get them to resend my order or issue a refund. It's extremely frustrating!
My order was late, and when I inquired about it, the customer service representative simply copied and pasted my questions into an AI for answers. Talk about professionalism. I would strongly advise against using this company; there are many others that care for their customers and deliver on time.
