I ordered through my phone and didn’t see any mention of a return policy until after placing my order. It's frustrating when companies make their policies unclear! I ordered two pairs of shoes, only to find out that returning them would be at my own expense and that Black Friday items aren't refundable. I'm stuck with shoes that don't fit and have reached out twice to cancel my order but have received no response. Others have mentioned high return costs, and it seems I won't even be able to return them. I'm very unhappy about this.
Shipping was super fast and the shoes are great. However, they run small, so I recommend sizing up for platform wedges. I had to return a faulty pair and reorder, but the new pair is also faulty. Now I'm waiting on customer care for a resolution, but their response time is quite slow.
I've ordered shoes from this company in the past without any issues and loved their quality. However, during the Black Friday sale, I may have accidentally ordered the wrong size. I hope to change my order before it processes and look forward to a prompt response. I really love the brand!
This has been a very frustrating experience. I bought a pair of sneakers following their online size chart, but they arrived too small. When I tried to return them, I found out I'd have to pay $60 in shipping fees. I emailed them to request reimbursement but got no response for days. I ordered the correct size with express shipping, but they delayed sending it out for four days. I've sent multiple emails to customer service without any reply. It’s incredibly frustrating to deal with unresponsive support.
I will be reporting them to the business bureau, this website seems like a scam. I ordered a shoe on November 25 and they never sent it to me nor have they replied to my emails. They are doing bad business and they will be shut down soon. They shouldn’t be scamming customers
