My rating would be below zero! The two pairs of pants I received are smaller than what the size chart indicated, and the fabric is low-quality polyester with no stretch. There was no invoice included with my order. Contacting customer service is complicated; they required photos for a return and then only offered a 10% refund. After numerous emails, I suspect this is a company based in another country with some distribution in the U.S. I'm done and will donate the pants to charity.
Caution to potential buyers! DO NOT purchase from this seller! Returning items or obtaining a refund is nearly impossible without incurring a fee just to discuss the issue. I received the wrong sizes for three pairs of pants; it feels like a total scam!
This is the worst seller I've dealt with, with extremely poor quality and sizing issues. I ordered five bras using their sizing chart, and both the band size and cup size are for a doll, not a human. Although the order shipped from a nearby state, they insisted on a return to a foreign location for a high cost. After several email exchanges, they refused to allow a return to the original shipping point. It's incredibly frustrating to see items advertised and receive such inferior products. DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THIS SELLER!
Stay away! If I could give no stars, it wouldn't even begin to describe the nightmare I've experienced trying to get a refund. The advertised pants are not at all as described; they lack stretch and are made of a different material. Their website claims to offer refunds, but they only provide 10% of the purchase price.
The product quality is very poor, with seams not sewn properly. They do not match the advertisement at all. I've spent the last six days trying to initiate a return without success. It seems they purposely make it difficult to return items. The quality is so lacking it can't even be rated.
If I could give less than one star, I would. I notified them immediately upon receiving the items and trying them on. There was no stretch, and they were poorly sewn. After several attempts to get a resolution, I was told to send photos with the packaging, but all I received was a comment that they would refund 15%. I want a full refund, but now I'm unsure of what to do.
