Easy to look up, easy to get my preferred URL, and comes with a lot of good suggested help like website designers or ability to register my business. Also, I was very excited and ended up buying, then canceling, various URLs as I went hunting for the perfect one (which I got!) and it was fast and easy to get refunded for the ones I didn't want anymore.
The service is good and relieble, the company is reputable and highly recommended! however them increasing renewal prices for domains each year is why I rate them only 2 stars. If they kept same prices they would have deserved 5 star rating
