The customer service is excellent. I had an issue with the amount of medicine in the bottle. I went through it in two weeks and customer service changed my order to once every two weeks with a 30% discount which I really appreciated.

TERRIBLE! SCAM! They make it impossible to complain or cancel. The captcha just says all answers are wrong so no complaints or requests to cancel are received. I am reporting this company to the FCC.
Not rating the product here but the service. As others have stated zero customer service.I signed up for a subscription of 3 bottles which should arrive today.I emailed questions on how to cancel and dosage instructions (3 emails total over a span of 5 days) and no response.The challenge is the page has no function for cancelling your subscription that I could find. This is a red flag.Now … that being said I intend to give the product a fair chance.But … if it is not for me l, after a fair assessment I just want clear instructions on cancelling, not interested in a refund willing to take a chance.These questions on how to cancel (if needed) have gone unanswered, as well as dosage recommendations.Even if I like the product I am already hesitant due to the reviews and the lack of response.EsoRepair if you see this please address my concerns and advise on how to successfully cancel (if I need to)Thank you !
If I could give zero stars I would. This company is the worst. I got my first order and it worked great. Then I signed up for the subscription. They sent me a completely different formula that ended up causing horrible stomach pain. When I tried to cancel the subscription and return the extra unopened bottles they ignored my emails and DMs on social media. They will not get back to me at all. They had no problem signing me up for the subscription via email, but if you want to cancel they just ignore you. It’s fraudulent and a horrible company. I am contacting the BBB, and my credit card company. I have been trying to get a response from them for over two weeks now. Edit: they replied to this review, but are still ignoring the emails that I send to their support email requesting cancellation and return. This is a horrible company with zero customer support. I just want to cancel the subscription and return the unused product but they ignore their support emails and DM’s. I am reporting the fraud to my credit card company.
I’ve tried a few other things before and honestly didn’t expect much. What stood out with EsoRepair was the ingredients i like:)) it just felt more thoughtful compared to others I tried. After using it consistently, my throat felt calmer and eating didn’t bother me the same way.It wasn’t overnight, but over time it really helped me. For me, this one was worth it.
The product really works, but the customer service is terrible! I had a subscription and they charged my credit card before advising me that a delivery was coming. I had no way to skip that delivery. They finally cancelled my subscription, after many requests, but have refused to give me any instructions for returning the unneeded and unwanted product! Beware! All is well as long as you keep buying the product, but if you want to stop receiving the product, forget about getting a refund for any unwanted product! You are out your money and stuck with product that you can't use.
I received my 5 bottles in a timely manner. I ordered 5 bottles as I feel that should be enough for me to tell if it has healed my reflux. I have not had any reason to reach out, so I don't know if their customer service is good or bad. Very mixed reviews on this web site. I am now at the end of my 2nd bottle, I still have a sore throat, flem is still sitting at the base of my throat and when the acid reflux flames, still puts me to my knees. I truly at this point can not tell if it is curing as the advertise it will or not. Will continue until all 5 bottles are gone and will re-evaluate. Was truly hoping it would cure, as acid reflux is very painful and I don't like taking prescription medications.
