I ordered Mugworth Herb, but I didn't detect any of this herb in my tea, any taste or smell, at all. Although Mughworth Herb well knows bitter herb. I am a bit confused, and I am not keen to use it.
There was a complete lack of communication. The service was very disappointing, taking two months to set up. I applied for a discounted rate but received no response from the support team despite my inquiries. The herbs I got were not the correct dosage, and the instructions were poorly explained. I eventually stopped using them due to the lack of guidance and communication. The ordering and payment process was confusing, and shipping was delayed. Now, they are requesting payment for an appointment scheduled three months ago that I was unaware of. As someone who is unwell, I don't need this extra stress. Other herbalists allow you to message them for support, but with this service, I have to wait two days for a response.
The representative was exceptional! From the moment we arrived, they greeted us with a smile 😊 The products are outstanding, but I truly believe the representative is a great asset to the company with excellent communication and customer service skills.
