I enjoyed the representative that I communicated with. Wendy was very polite and patient with me. I was being kinda back and forth and she worked with me. Wendy had wonderful customer service and is a great rep for the company.
I was able to go to the store and purchase bundles online and picked up immediately even though they were technically closed. I emailed because i had a shipping fee charge via the website but Lynnn helped me right away and processed a refund. I installed the bundles and they are also amazing. Will purchase again. 🙏🏾
I had an issue and then I’ll call customer service and they were kind and they helped me resolve the issue. Their products are very good. The hair is good quality good bundles worth the money. I ordered all my bundles from them. You should too.
I accidentally ordered the wrong length of hair. I reached out to them via email to explain the issue. They quickly responded and updated my order with the right length of hair.
The quality of the hair is great, I wish I would have received a email about the status of my purchase sooner than 8 days, and I also wish my purchase would have came sooner than 14 days.

I contacted Vicky today via email and inquired about picking up bundles and Vicky responded very quick and was very helpful and kind.
