What a strange experience. My first time calling and I wasnt given the opportunity to ask just a couple general questions about a potential injury claim on the phone.

We cannot discuss an ongoing claim with you.
Me: there is no ongoing claim I just have a couple general questions

Who had the accident?
Me: my husband

We cant discuss it with you it needs to be your husband.
Me: I'm not asking anything to do with a particular cause of accident, I have a couple general questions

We aren't here to give advice or guidance...we are just here too....
- Me: You know what, you are making an awful lot of assumptions about the 2 general questions I have that you haven't even heard yet...I'll call elsewhere.
