Worse casino ever. If I can save someone from gambling with this casino I’ll be happy. They ask the impossible when it comes to withdrawing money. They won’t let you withdraw your money and the only way out is to play it all back. Don’t play at this casino. This is the ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECIEVED... They claim to have processed and sent my money yet when I contact the third party payment company they have no record of a withdrawal! I'm still waiting on customer service to resolve this for over a week now, trying to scam me because I was a winner. This site is an absolute joke!
Don't know why everyone is complaining about this casino my verification process was faster than I expected compare to other casino's and the withdraw was an instant process didn't expect it was unbelievable was faster than I thought. Excellent customer support.
even after all documents required got approved, still declined withdrawals, they told me to send in more documents which was impossible spent days trying to chat (live chat) with them but now they've blocked me from live chat. the worst experience ive had on an online casino. lost huuge winnings due to the fact that ill never get the withdrawals approved

I had my drivers license, my birth certificate , my bank cards, my Medicare cards and so forth and STILL they refused to pay me. As I’m writing this I’m realizing they are probably using my card details as we speak - the worst of it is I quit my job thinking my winnings were legit and now I have nothing.. no pay out and no job. Disgusting these people do this to others. OH AND! when I went to contact them they disabled my account! Could they be anymore guilty????? FRAUDSTERS!!!! KARMA TO THEM ALL
