We received very helpful advice and information before choosing which ice bath to buy. The ice bath itself is lovely, with a beautiful wood exterior and durable steel interior. The quality cover is excellent as well. There was a minor issue with the door of the chiller, but they promptly sent a replacement. When another fault occurred with the chiller, they quickly provided a new one. We highly recommend the service and the product. Great customer care and an excellent ice bath.
