Don’t bother with this company. They will call and text you every day to book and pay. Once you give them your credit card details, forget about it. They will change the agreed-upon price and lie about it. They won’t bother updating you on anything. If you call, you will get an AI as the customer service rep. When you are able to speak to a human, they will tell you they have no knowledge of previous conversations and that you must have spoken to another person, so nothing is documented or they just want to have the ability to feign ignorance of any agreements or promises. They don’t even bother to let you know in advance that the credit card used to secure the shipping is just for their commission and that upon your car’s arrival you need pay the driver cash for the shipping. You can also count on the delivery date changing to a later date than promised. Horrible experience. All liars.

We were quoted a military discounted price as the car was transported to a military Base. When the card was charged they raised it from $731 to $900 and said that because we called to pick up the car two days later that made the difference! Don't ever do business with a company that quotes you a MILITARY DISCOUNT PRICE and then raises it because we kept the car just two days. By the way when they want your money they pick up right away to give you a quote, but when you call back with an option to speak to a Manager, YOU ARE OUT ON HOLD TEN MINUTES. THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY!!!!

Terrible people I would not do another transport with them ever again you signed one contract and then they call you back and then the contract change even though you signed it they overcharged you. They don’t tell you that you have to pay upfront cash cashiers check whatever they just don’t inform you and when you call them to talk to him about it they said oh we don’t know why we don’t explain everything to. You asked to speak to a manager. Oh, I’ll have to have One call you back. We do not have a direct line. Don’t ever use this company the worst ever.

This feedback is specifically about Vicky. I called extremely upset when I was informed that the original driver scheduled to transport my vehicle had backed out. The driver had called and rushed us indicating he was ready to pick up that day or the next so I took half a day off to finalize the purchase of the vehicle so it would be ready for transport. We got the deal done but then the driver cancelled delayed the pickup and delivery dates. Vicky was able to quickly find another driver who was able to pick up the same day and deliver it sooner than the new date I was provided. She was awesome in how she handled the situation and so I wanted to make sure she was recognized for her great work.

We had bad experience with Navi shipping company. First they raised the price almost doubled, then uncertain about the car pick up day. We canceled the contract in writing until six days later the order was still on the national board, which means we couldn't hire any other shipping company to ship our car. We called many times, but nobody helped us. We emailed them and then called them over and over. Finally they canceled our order. It took them one minute to cancel it , but they took 7 days. I wouldn't never never use this company again.

Initial quote was $1,100, but later increased to $1,750.

Initially quoted at $1,100, but then the price was raised to $1,750 a week later. We chose this service based on a recommendation, but were cautioned about potential bait and switch tactics regarding pricing and service. Unfortunately, that’s exactly what occurred, leaving us very disappointed. It’s frustrating to receive a quote if the service cannot be provided at that price.

Extremely Disappointing Experience

This was an incredibly frustrating experience. Initially, I received a quote of $750 before the car was picked up. However, as the scheduled pick-up approached, I was informed I needed to pay an additional $200 due to my delivery location. The car was picked up three days later than expected. The original pick-up day was the same as my requested delivery date. I even adjusted the delivery to Tuesday instead of Saturday, but then I was told it would arrive on Friday instead of Tuesday. Instead of missing just a day or two of work, I ended up missing an entire week.
