The packaging is beautifully done and very well presented.The website is easy and smooth to use, making the whole process effortless. Their prices are very reasonable, especially during discounts.As for the quality — it’s truly high, high quality. Absolutely dreamy. The dresses are incredibly lightweight and feel like a feather when worn, yet the craftsmanship and detailing are exceptional.I highly recommend them and will definitely continue ordering!

The Needle & Thread wedding dress try-on service was seamless from start to finish with beautifully packaged gowns, true-to-size fits, and the chance to try everything calmly at home made all the difference. We ended up buying two dresses for my daughter’s wedding; both in a non-formal, romantic style she had been looking for.

I made a special visit to Kings Road N and T. Staying overnight in a hotel. I was looking for a Mother of the Groom dress. There were a couple of customers when we went in with them spending quite some time in the 2 changing rooms - 3rd dressing room was full of boxes apparentlySo I spoke to a SA showing her online dresses I was interested in. Only 2 available! Out of about 7. Very disappointed.Then all service disappeared when another customer arrived. I was left alone with the 2 dresses to try on that i couldn’t zip up in an outer room with no mirror. It just was not professional. Then we were ignored and I gave up.It was such a waste of time and what I thought would be a pleasant experience turned into a huge disappointment. I expected more of N and T.
