Good customer experience

Beautiful dress and true to size, just not exactly the colour I needed so unfortunately had to return. Returns process very easy and queries I had were answered kindly and promptly by customer service, which is rare these days.

Bloody awful sizing

The dress I ordered was beautiful- it arrived quickly - however despite ordering the size I usually am and fitting in other designs from needle and thread the same size, it was TINY! I have returned the dress after also having to pay for my own postage to return for a refund. I really do think it’s unfair that due to the sizing inaccuracies at needle and thread customers should have to pay return costs.

Fabulous experience!!

Fabulous experience buying a needle and thread dress via the try before you buy option.I picked 4 dresses and Anita turned up at my house with them all. I bought one and she took the other 3 away.Great service. Great dress. Anita was fab too!
