Update (Dec/22/2025)I have been contacted by a person from the support team (his name is Juan). He provided me the needed information, clarify all my concerns and was very diligent. At the moment I am not experiencing any kind of issue with my account and actually, 3 weeks ago I decided to buy a second account with NeomAAA. Flagging everybody over gambling and so on, if your winrate is not over 50% and you have more than 2:1 risk to revard they say you are gambling or you are martingale or monte-carlo, if your payout is more than 2k$ then they just make up something and flag you…. It is what it is, i got all together payouts for 5k in 3 payouts but i made profit over 25k. Support to answer you takes at least 2 days or more. Payout time on average 3-4 business day, because they need the time to make up some story about why they shouldnt pay you yor full amount only 20% profit share… SCAM FIRM
They rejected my payout, I did not know that any red folder news is not allowed to open or close trades within 5mins before or after high impact. So now I understand it and accept it.What's strange is, they reset all my objectives, like 5 profitable days, 5 trading days, all were back to 0 except the 14 trading days requirement, so if I traded news why reset all the objectives that were met already, just remove the amount gained from the news, right?But they are not done yet, they removed me also from the discord channel from telling the truth.
