Not great, in fact worst prop firm. They deny my payout. Im not gonna explain anything further because its useless and they'll just reply and give excuses. But for others, if you want to try prop firm, they are a lot good firm out there but this firm is not it. Better spend your money elsewhere. Dont say I didnt warn you guys.

I am sharing my experience with Neomaaa regarding the closure of a funded trading account and the retention of earned profits.I traded a funded account for approximately two months and generated around USD 1,800 in profits. The account was operated exclusively through the official MetaTrader 5 mobile application on iOS, using a single personal mobile device. I did not use any desktop terminal, VPS, or allow any third party to access or operate my account.Neomaaa later closed the account alleging “CID sharing.” I explicitly denied any account sharing and repeatedly requested case-specific evidence, such as concrete login dates, terminal type used, or proof that my account was accessed from a shared MetaTrader installation.Despite multiple email exchanges and a formal request for escalation to management and compliance, I only received generic explanations of how CID works, along with lists of IP addresses, but without any factual details demonstrating how or when such a violation allegedly occurred in my specific case. No concrete logs or verifiable evidence showing that my account was operated from a shared terminal were provided.Management and compliance eventually stated that the decision was final, while still declining to share any case-specific facts supporting the allegation.In the final communication, the company accused me of engaging in fraudulent activity and managing accounts for other people, without providing any concrete or verifiable evidence to support such serious claims.I fully understand the need for prop firms to enforce their rules. However, when a funded account is closed and earned profits are retained, I believe such decisions should be supported by clear, transparent, and case-specific evidence, not solely by abstract definitions or unsubstantiated accusations.I am posting this review so other traders can be aware of my experience and make informed decisions.
What I can say about Neomaaa is they are definitely legit and they do pay, If you stay within their rules they will certainly payout. I received my first payout with them recently and continue to trade on my funded account. My only criticism is the time it takes to process withdrawals is quite long, and sometimes it can be hard to reach a support team member through email. Though the discord channel is quite responsive. So overall 4 stars is fair, it would be 5 if the withdrawals were a bit faster but none the less they are paying out
