Bought my new sofas from Nettletons and would like to acknowledge how incredible Symone was! She dealt with me / my booking from the first time I went in to have a look right up to completing my order and she has been nothing short of fantastic! So friendly and helpful and gave me all the information I needed at every turn.
She was extremely accommodating of my circumstances, let me take swatch book to my new house, went through different fabrics with me then helped with product knowledge and measurements when I was unsure if the sofas would fit.
She went above and beyond for me to make sure I could have what I wanted for my new house and to make the process as easy as possible.
I loved the experience of shopping at Nettletons and will be going back and this is down to the amazing service from Symone and the lovely chats / interactions we had with her every time we went in! I’m actually looking forward to going to show her photos once my new sofas are in - she should be recognised for her fantastic service and lovely demeanour, it makes all the difference. We had amazing service, with a representative who assisted us in purchasing our corner sofa and chair. She provided samples to take home so we could compare colors with our living room, which greatly aided our decision. She was friendly and trustworthy.
