I’ve been playing only this site for about a year now. Like a ton of other reviews on here regarding cash outs, my first one was super smooth after kyc verification and funds sent promptly as stated in their terms and conditions. Since that cash out, I’ve deposited around $2500. Yesterday I withdrew $1251 and it’s still pending almost 36 hours later. I’ve contacted support multiple times. Some say high volume of cash outs so delayed and some say awaiting compliance department to get verification from slot providers. Has anyone on here ever heard of an online casino needing to contact the slot providers for regular plays? This has happened once on a great site I use due to game freezing in middle of a bonus, so I get contacting provider in a situation like this. But how can ritz brag about lightening fast cash outs when all cashouts after the first one need this ridiculous compliance check. It just makes zero sense. Yestersy I played only one slot actually, and I took the liberty of contacting them directly to see what they say about this. I really do love this casino, but messing with your players cash outs like this is not cool at all and by reading all the complaints, this is common. Probably have been a lot more but changed after payment. I’d be happy to change my review and continue playing on this site as well, but they need to process my cash out now and future ones instantly as stated in their own terms. I registered at a casino on January 6th. On January 8, I made my first deposit, but unfortunately lost it quickly. Trying my luck again, I deposited $25 and was able to win, eventually reaching a balance of $250. I decided to withdraw this amount, having played only with my own money and without any bonuses. However, my withdrawal request was rejected due to claims of multiple accounts associated with the same IP address, which the casino takes seriously for security reasons. They stated that withdrawals could be denied if multiple accounts are detected. Despite this, they offered to refund my recent deposit of $25.69 to my account. I find this accusation unfounded and am frustrated, as I only have one account and always play honestly without bonuses to avoid withdrawal issues. I use a private internet connection and have never connected to public Wi-Fi. I am willing to undergo verification, but they haven't asked for it, and it feels like my concerns are being ignored. I question the validity of their claims and would like them to provide evidence of any supposed connections to other accounts. Additionally, I am not receiving replies to my emails, which adds to my disappointment.
Deceit and Frustration. I have been a regular customer for several years without any issues until now. I've attempted to withdraw funds, but it seems the team hasn't processed it. I've followed up multiple times, only to receive the same excuses about it being with the processing team, which supposedly has no access to that information. After reading similar reviews, it appears I may never see my money again. This situation is incredibly distressing, especially given my mental health struggles. I might as well say farewell to my 1250!
This is probably one of the only casinos where using their bonuses doesn't mean your winning percentage is lowered to 0. I've won here now several times all using their bonuses. They can sometimes take a bit longer to process the payout, but if you follow the rules you should have no problems withdrawing. I just submitted a withdrawal just waiting for approval. Didn't have any problems last time so I don't think I'll have any problems this time. This is probably the only place I'll play. You can look at my other reviews. I tell it like it is. None of the other accounts belonged to me, nor was I on a shared device. Matches likely due to the fact that Apple devices re-use IP addresses.
