The Nevisport website is good and works well. The product choice is excellent and they hold adequate stock levels.
Their prices are competitive, their delivery is quick and their customer service is great (when required).
Nevisport are one of my first choice sites to view.
Took quite a while to be processed then "delivered", by DHL my least favourite delivery company who don't work weekends. They didn't knock loudly then took it to a shop over a mile away. Why couldn't this item stored in Glasgow be available for collection within Glasgow anywhere??
Delivery was quick, unfortunately the jacket didn’t fit.
Had to return. Customer service wasn’t great.
I contacted them a couple of times via email and they never answered the phone.
Eventually go back to me after 2 weeks and refunded me.
I was grateful I paid for a tracked and signed return, as it was an expensive item.
I did get my money back, but found the experience a little worrying.
I wouldn’t use this company again, as the processing was a little slow.
I didn’t want to buy another jacket until this one was refunded.
I ordered a jacket for my mums birthday, in a sale. It only took a week to inform me that the order has been cancelled as the jacket was not in stock. Now it is going to take 3-5 days to get a refund. Disgraceful! I certainly wont be shopping here again or recommending it to anyone else.
In correct website leading to incorrect order. And aggy customer service on the most part, when I was nothing but polite and just trying to resolve the issue. Will never order from again.
Just had to get in touch with my bank, so they can open an investigation - ordered and paid for a pair of boots from this company over a month ago, which never arrived; emailed Nevisport twice (no reply), and rang them up another two times (utterly unhelpful woman on the phone, did nothing). Avoid this company at all costs.
I ordered a jacket from a retailer without any issues regarding payment, but complications arose when I needed to return it. I sent the jacket back within a week of ordering, around November. After two weeks, I still hadn't received confirmation that it had been received, despite the delivery service indicating it had been delivered. I reached out multiple times via email to inquire about the status of my return and refund (considering it was £150!), but received no response. With the holiday season approaching, I called knowing customer service would be available. The representative was very helpful and informed me that my refund was delayed but offered to expedite it. If it was that easy, why wasn't it done initially? Additionally, I was charged £2.95 for the return shipping! Quite frustrating! The jacket itself is fine, but the returns process has left me very disappointed. If you plan to order from this retailer, be cautious about returns!
Caution: The service lists items for sale that they are aware they do not have! My wife placed an order for shoes on December 7th for £116.00, and I had to reach out on December 21st only to find out they were out of stock and would issue a refund. On December 26th, I found the same shoes listed again for £111.00, indicating they had relisted them despite knowing they were unavailable. I received an email confirming they were out of stock and that a refund was processed. This has been a complete waste of time. These were two distinct orders from different individuals. How many others have experienced this? If you order items and they go under, you might end up losing your money.
I ordered on December 6th and have reached out to the company via email but received no response. I'm currently on hold trying to get assistance and have been waiting for 20 minutes. This was meant to be a Christmas and anniversary gift for my partner, so I'm really disappointed that it hasn't arrived.
