I recently ordered 2 plastic guards for my Mountfield tractor from NewgardenStore.
Everything went very well, the price was the best I found on the internet. The products arrived in Romania from Italy in 4 days. Communication with them was very good, when I wrote to them they answered me for any information.

I highly recommend them.

Product delivered In good time (Italy to Ireland) and as described. It was a 20kg Ride on lawnmower engine. Whatapp assistance - very good and replied timely.I saw some reviews that were not great, but for small items - delivery time issues. I am glad I went with them for the engine - not a small item. I will buy from them again. I recommend.

Ordered from UK - would not recommend

Delayed responses from customer service, poor packaging and a planter arrived damaged (photos provided). They refused a return or refund and instead offered a partial discount, which was rejected. We were even advised to use heat to try to repair the damage. An ongoing dispute and an overall appalling customer service experience. Save yourself the headache.

Stiga electronic board 118802172/0 received in perfect order!

I ordered a electronic board for our Stiga shredder, partnumber 118802172/0, and it works perfectly.The board was € 25,- less expensive than if bought here at Dutch sellers.The packaging was almost comically good; the board was packed in no less than 5 different bags!The delivery from Italy to the Netherlands was not the 2-3 days that is promised on the website, but I don't care.So I'm a satisfied customer!

Smooth experience despite the negative reviews

I honestly didn’t expect this to go as smoothly as it did. After reading a lot of negative Trustpilot reviews, I was a bit skeptical, but I decided to order anyway.Before placing the order, I contacted them via WhatsApp to check availability for specific parts for my Stiga tractor lawnmower. They replied quickly and confirmed that everything I needed was in stock. I placed the order right after that.The package arrived about 7 working days later (in another country), which was absolutely fine for me. The parts were exactly what I ordered, well packed, and the prices were very competitive.If I had to point out one thing to improve, it would be their order tracking and email notifications. The system could be clearer when it comes to shipment status. That said, it’s not a red flag for me, and it didn’t affect the overall experience.All in all, I’m very satisfied. I got the right parts, fairly quickly, and at a good price. I would order from them again.

30cm Hortensia pot not usable. Company not helpful

I bought a 30cm Hortensia pot which I wanted to use as a container for an indoor plant pot. The Hortensia has a protrusion inside, perhaps around 7cm tall, that means you can't put anything inside it. There's no indication on the website that that's how the Hortensia is constructed. I wrote to the company to explain and request a refund. No answer. Feels like a total swindle to me.

Do not deal with this company

Do not deal with this company- they are truly awful. Bought two lamps which didn’t match; it took two weeks just to get them to respond to multiple contacts and then, even though UPS provided a proof of return we still don’t have a refund a further two weeks later. AVOID.

Very slow delivery and customer service

I chose the better and more expensive UPS delivery, which said delivery in 2-3 business days. I never received an official order confirmation, and everything seemed vague. The delivery took over a month and I had to constantly ask about the delivery and planned to make an official complaint. When the products arrived, they were ok. They were never accompanied by a receipt, and it didn't even come by email until I had to ask about it too. So be prepared for long delivery times and be in touch with customer service. The products were ok, but I can't recommend anything else.
