The booking experience was uncomplicated, and I received the quote sooner than I anticipated. They were able to schedule an appointment within a few days, even on short notice. The visit went well, and I received a comprehensive report within 24 hours! I paid a substantial amount, but I believe addressing the 66 issues found would have been much more expensive independently. I would definitely recommend this service for peace of mind.
