I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I experienced during my recent visit to the studio. My visit was quite unpleasant, largely due to my interaction with a staff member. Her attitude was rude and unprofessional, and I felt treated with visible disdain. She spoke to me disrespectfully, making the experience uncomfortable and distressing. Moreover, I was informed that I wouldn't have to pay any additional fees. However, I later discovered that fees were indeed being required, which was a complete surprise and contradicted what I had been told. After purchasing the portfolio, all communication from her ceased, and my follow-up attempts were ignored. On Monday, I spoke with another staff member who was pleasant, professional, and informative. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly and helped me regain access to my portfolio. I had purchased a basic package, which had been said to include a comp card, but I was later told it did not. Although the young lady kindly provided a few edited images, this does not compensate for the poor treatment I received in the studio. Overall, I am very dissatisfied with the level of customer service I encountered, and I expected a far more professional and respectful experience. I hope this issue will be taken seriously and addressed appropriately.
As a mature model, I initially had some uncertainties before my session with the service in Shoreditch, London. This was my first experience of this kind, and I admit I felt a bit anxious upon arrival. However, from the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with warmth and comfort. The studio was beautifully arranged. The team was friendly, professional, and very respectful, which greatly enhanced the experience. Everything was explained clearly and at a pace that suited me—there was absolutely no pressure. The makeup and hair were done in a tasteful and natural way, which I truly appreciated, as I wanted to present my best self without losing my identity. The photographer was outstanding—patient, encouraging, and highly skilled in guiding me through poses in a way that felt natural. I highly recommend this experience. If you have the chance, don't miss it.

I was initially happy to work with the team, as everyone was patient and respectful, making me feel comfortable. However, I was surprised with a £1950 fee for a portfolio using my test photos. They referred me to three agents, but did not inform me upfront about additional fees. The photos were sent via a platform that charged £9.99 weekly or over £200 annually. There were too many red flags.
