Had a little issue with the shipping of an item which had me frustrated as I paid for the faster shipping but, I also made a mistake on my end and ordered the wrong size item. Casey went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and satisfied. Even when I also had a mistake on my end. You can tell he truly cares about the customers and that means a lot to me. The process of purchasing was fast, and easy. Customer service was top tier. We had some issues with the freight company, and NewStripe handled every issue that we faced. Their communication skills were impeccable, and we enjoyed the fact that we actually spoke to human beings. It was not robots, or a chat system! Andy, our account executive, kept us in the loop at every turn. He even made an appoint to contact us while he was out of the office! Excellent ServiceCalled Newstripe on a riding sprayer and talked with them about some troubleshooting and testing procedures. Very helpful and walked me though testing and explained the how and why of the tests. Needed to send the pump off and offered a fast turnaround along with options in the future to keep down time to a minimum. Overall an excellent experience dealing with them and very knowledgeable!
