Review Time
I ordered and paid for 4 of the miniscopes from the 'miniscopes' web site, but only received 1. It isn't quite as good as I'd hoped from the reviews, but it does work. I've tried to contact them (3 times) about the missing 3 miniscopes, there is no phone number so I've only been able to try with their contact email. I've not received any reply yet. It has been a week, since I first messaged although their web site says they reply within 24 hours!! I'm worried that I've lost money on this purchase!.
This would be a joke if it had not cost me $29.99 for a piece of JUNK! It is incapable of focusing. Maddeningly frustrating for adults much less a child. I have emailed the company twice with ZERO response. Naturally, they do not have acustomer service contact phone number. I was duped by the reviews about how great it was.....they surely were written by family members and friends/ paid individuals.SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!
I ordered a mini microscope for 2-3+. My granddaughter's mum had found the site. It took about ten days to come so presume shipped from abroad. It's my granddaughter's birthday today so took it out of box to wrap. I've been sent a microscope for 6+. Have tried to visit the site but it's unavailable. Looking at some of the reviews below, wondering if I've been scammed. Good thing I had something else to give her for her birthday today, but very disappointed.
Got gifts from someone who ordered from this site and was shipped directly to us. Firstly, poor shipping all packages in their boxes were damaged, and one item's package was opened to place another item in it to save on their shipping expenses. When we finally went over everything we received we were missing pieces, for example the tent cloth for the diy tent and other piece were missing. I will never ever recommend anyone know to buy from this company. Absolute rip off. If this site allowed me to upload pictures I would have.
Ministers your customer service was outstanding! I was not expecting a quick and efficient response, as I was panicking about the delivery date. Thank you Marc for taking care of my request promptly, I truly appreciate it. I’m sure my students will enjoy them.
Very poor packaging, arrived completely crushed, not worth the money considering top end of budget. Meant to be a gift don't think can gift it like it is. Was expecting more really. Waiting to here regarding refund/ returns so we shall see how good customer service is.
