Next Day Pets representatives were very knowledgeable of the process, so any questions you have will be answered intelligently. I like that you have to prove your identity before receiving the puppy. Also, when you send a message, they respond within a reasonable time. I would use Next Day Pets again.
I had a Brussels Griffon. She was almost 11 years old. She died two weeks ago and it broke my heart. I started looking for another one but was having some difficulty. Then I found a French Bulldog and the process started. Everyone was very helpful from the start to the final delivery. The delivery lady was very nice and kept me informed on the progress from Texas to my door. It was a long two weeks but I would do it again. Great job everyone. Thanks
I think the process, or the experience, of purchasing an animal in this manner is quite stressful for the buyer. Though it's more stressful for the animal that is removed from their home and transported to a new one. That said, Grayson, my new two-and-a-half pound, 10-week-old cairn terrier, was well worth the wait. He's a little dynamo! He's healthy, he has a wonderful personality, he's overly curious, smart and is learning quickly. I can't wait to see him interact with his sister.
I never dreamed we would have purchased a puppy through a website after being in the veterinary profession for 12+ years but I’m so glad we did. The customer service was fantastic! They reassured us from the get-go it wasn’t a scam, they have a no puppy mill pledge, and you can most definitely tell the dogs/puppies are their #1 priority! Everyone we’ve spoken to have been incredibly helpful and SO nice! Our puppy arrived to us exactly when we thought and is perfectly healthy condition! We couldn’t be happier and we will be recommending to all of our friends and family!!
I love my pets and I always try to do something in order to take care of them. I applied to this company because it seemed to me pretty reliable. I bought here some things and ordered them. They were delivered pretty fast and I really appreciate the work of this company because it also takes care of the pets. I think that there is nothing more important in the life of people than the health of their pets. I got used to suppose that you would better have issues with your health, but your pets should be healthy constantly. So, I will definetely apply here once again in future.
