I purchased three products from this company, trusting the reviews were accurate. The first product I gave my cat was maris to help him go. This product made him choke and his behavior was extremely weird . I thought it's was just the taste of the herbs so I shrugged it off . Well 5 hours later , I gave him the joint supplement, old timer , we did not even give the full recommended daily serving . We only gave him a quarter of the amount . Immediately he started foaming at the mouth and his behavior was extremely strange . We took him to the vet and they stated the products were not safe
I contacted the company the next morning and her response was, that's a normal reaction to foam at the mouth. Huh? Do not buy for this company, their products are unsafe and the customer service is worse
Yes , nice of them to reply but, how do you explain , a actually foaming of the mouth like he had rabies and dilated eyes and a rapid heartbeat . If your so confident with your product why do you not offer a 100 percent money back guarantee, like any reputable pet dealer would offer . I still am pursuing your products as unsafe . Thank you

We are VERY disappointed with this…

We are VERY disappointed with this company. Their website has glowing reviews so we purchased over $100 worth of products for a cat and a dog in our household. BOTH products had ZERO results. Every time I would contact them they would just tell me to wait longer and at one point, to double the dose. After a month I called the manager (I had to call many times to get her), Barbara, and she simply told me that their products are like dispensing medicine and sometimes they don't work. No refund. No store credit. That's if you can get them to call you back. I would stay away from this website!12/1/2025 follow up... I left a review on their website, explaining that the product, Maris, did not work and they removed it!

Might send your pet to the Emergency Room

They advertise their products as veterinarian formulated and approved. I have serious doubts about that. I purchased Tumflora for my dog's IBS and sent her straight to the emergency room within one day. She actually takes herbs for IBS prescribed by her veterinarian/nutritionist and she neve had any issues. These herbs are not safe and would not recommend if your pet has been diagnosed with IBS. I also purchased Alge-Ex and have not opened because I do not want to end up at the ER again. After I explained all the above, they are still not alerting other pet owners about this experience...and they want to refund 50% of the unopened product. I am not going to bother...sending to the trash. Be aware that these products might hurt your pets.

No return for sealed products

After our little friend passed away, we had 7 unopened / sealed products (Cancer Fighter Pack, Immune Boost) and this company refused to accepte to take back 7 sealed bottles (about $382.79) because of a sale event. When we aked where the information was written and why it was not clearly shown during our purchase, the company sent us a link that proves that a crutial information were not clearly accessible to customer to make an informed purchase. As a matter of fact, we did not like the way this Canadian company is doing business, especially after many purchases to support our little friend. By the fact its making crucial information hard to find in order to refuse a refund to customer following a loss. Our trust in this company is broken because the way it conducts business and its categorical refusal to let us talk to a superviser in order to find a financiary compromise.For one product bought full price ($30), they made us pay the return, plus more than 15% restock fees and they want to refund about $5. A bottle they are going to resell full price, so 200% profit on one product. Speechless.

I ordered thyroid meds

I ordered thyroid meds, but then took my dog to get. She was diagnosed with lymphoma. Canceled order same day, they ignored my cancellation. Now 4 days later they send shipping notice. If their customer service is a zero, I'm sure there products are. Do not buy from them. WARNING WARNING!!!!

NHV products create side effects & they delete any neg. reviews!

NHV products can make your pet sicker & co. offers zero refunds & erases neg. reviews!I got 4 diff products to help cats build up immune system re: their health issues. Products all stated would do this and clearly stated all products can be used together without any side effects. I opened all 4 products, giving only 1/2 dose to start & it caused projectile vomiting in all cats. I went to site to post my honest neg. review and it was immediately erased when I hit submit (NHV gave no reply as to why). Explains why ONLY POSITIVE reviews on their site & when I did searches saw others post their neg. reviews were removed as well. Also found that Amazon isn't allowing them to sell with them anymore either & reviews were only 3.5 stars (while NHV's site is ONLY ALL 5 stars!?) NHV's response told me to see my vet if cats have illnesses as their products don't cure =I didn't buy to cure, I bought to help build up immune etc. as products stated. I KNOW what my cats have or I wouldn't have known what to buy & my cats NEVER had PROJECTILE VOMITING before giving sm. dose of their product which cats also HATE taste of so good luck having to force feed their 'herbal mixes' down their throats in the first place! NHV offers 'no refunds on open bottles' & sealed returns get BOTH WAY ship cost w/15% restock fee deducted! Contradictory to what website says: that all products can be given together w/o side effects, NOW they tell me to 'give only 1 at time' =had they of stated THAT on site I never would have opened ALL 4 bottles which exp. after ONLY 6 mo! If dosing all separate, all will exp before use! I lost close to $200 on 4 now open useless bottles. Co. claims they are in the bus. to help pets, yet won't stand behind what they sell at all, posts misinformation that products ok to give together then changes mind if your pets do get side effects! and instigates lies by banning any neg. honest reviews, while only refunding unopened product less 2 way ship and 15% restock costs! Didn't help my cat at all and cost me alot. I tried to return one unopened bottle but because I got it to the post office a day late they refused to refund me. Not a compassionate company at all.

Dishonest Company!

Sounds like others have had the same experience. My cat got violently ill after taking the Tumaflora, I left a one star review and they blocked it / removed it. This company should be shut down.

My cat was diagnosed with diabetes and…

My cat was diagnosed with diabetes and they said her prognosis was grim even with compliance and I was to give her a needle every 12 hours. I did some research and found these products and she gets four supplements which is a part of a diabetes kit and a multi-essential. One other item, a blood sugar lower from pet well-being. It's almost a year and my cat's blood work has improved. She is out of the danger zone and no longer considered diabetic so opposed to giving a Western medicine with tons of side effect and shooting her up with a needle twice a day which is not a good quality of life. She was able to heal every things that are found in nature that are safe and no side effects. We honestly thought our cat was going to die and we were discussing having lap of love come to send her over the rainbow bridge and that was in June so I couldn't be more happy and pleased with the products offered from this company
