Very Disappointing Support

The support I received was incredibly frustrating. My card was blocked the day after paying the fees at the post office. I called several times for help, but they suggested changing my email, which was absurd. They also refused to accept my ID because of my background, which felt very discriminatory.

Terrible Service Experience

This service has the worst support I've ever encountered. My card was blocked the day after I paid the fees. I made numerous calls, and they suggested I change my email, which was ridiculous. They also wouldn't accept my ID because I am Belgian but born in Iraq, which felt very biased.
