I regret ordering from this seller. What was advertised as a glitter phone case turned out to be a cheap plastic cover that could be found for £1 at a market. I paid £25 including shipping. Getting a refund seems unlikely based on other reviews. I wish I had read them beforehand. Very disappointing.
The service was great with quick responses and fast shipping. So why two stars? The print quality was lacking. The case arrived damaged with a dirt stain, and the package wasn't sealed. The printing quality was extremely poor, with white stripes and weak colors, especially the bright ones.
I had a lovely case for 5 months, but it’s falling apart now. £20 for a case that lasts only 5 months, while my £1.99 case from elsewhere has lasted 3 years! I can't find warranty information, and it seems like it's expired. I won't be using this seller again and will advise friends and family against it.
I mistakenly ordered the wrong size case. I can't fault their customer service; they responded within hours and arranged a replacement. Thank you! I haven't used the new one yet, but a previous phone cover I bought from them is still holding up well.
