Avoid this seller completely.

They took my money and refuse to issue a refund. I strongly advise against ordering from them. The support team is very unhelpful. I was charged 330 euros, and despite providing my bank statement showing the incorrect charge, they continue to deny that the full amount was taken. My bank statement contradicts their claims, yet they disregard it. This situation is utterly unacceptable.

Beware of this shop!

They took my money and are refusing to refund me. Do NOT place an order with them. Their customer service is horrendous. I was charged 330 euros, and even after providing my bank statement that shows the incorrect charge, they still deny the refund, claiming they didn’t charge the full amount. My bank statement clearly proves otherwise, yet they continue to ignore it. This is completely unacceptable.

Poor quality furniture, slow support

The delivery was quick, but the furniture is cheap with disappointing quality. It’s just an online store with low-quality items, not an outlet. Returns are impossible if you can’t take the package to a location. It’s too large and heavy for me, and the customer service offers no assistance or pickup. I ended up losing money and am unhappy with the chairs.

Delivery was quicker than expected

Delivery was faster than I thought, but the delivery person was rude for not being able to reach me by phone. I was home, and he managed to deliver on the first try. His loud and aggressive behavior was disrespectful.

Extremely dissatisfied

If I could give zero stars, I would. I received a broken table and am within the 14-day return period, but they refuse to accept it and keep offering a discount if I keep it. Very poor customer service and complicated process. Do not purchase from them. I'm writing this review as I still haven’t found a resolution to my issue.

Beautiful table for our home

The table we ordered looks stunning in our flat, adding a nice designer touch. The shipment took longer than expected (9 days instead of 2-3), but it was worth the wait!
