Josué Reyes Listened to my issue and we came up with the solution together. I couldn’t connect to my server for over 24 hours cause I was playing on the ps4 version of the game on my ps5 when their servers only support next gen consoles. So if you have the same issue. Instead of waiting for someone to get back with you about the same issue. I hope you search here and this helps!
Purchased a Return to Moria server on January 26th. Took almost 2 hours to get the server setup and had slight stuttering issues from the get go but chalked it up to game issues. Fast forward 4 days and the stuttering is so bad the game is unplayable and only have that issue when connecting to the server I paid for. Tried reaching out to customer support and get put on a wait Tim of 2-3 hours and then get an email saying they couldn't connect to my chat and that I can reply via email instead so I did yet well more than 24 hours later have still not received any replies as to my situation. Take my advise and get someone to host a server instead for return to moria you will enjoy your time a lot more. They are a complete waste of money in my opinion.
I was struggling to get my terraria world to load with a special seed, although it seems impossible currently following the recent terraria update, Gabriela Gómez did everything she could to help, and after an hour of trying different methods to get the server to work issued me a refund. Although its unfortunate Nitrado hasnt updated yet, I gotta say their customer support is wonderful

The customer support remains incredible, just like it was in the past. This representative deserves a raise and more recognition!
While the estimated time of arrival was somewhat lengthy, the situation was resolved quickly once I managed to reach a human representative. The AI bot was not very helpful and kept providing the same information repeatedly.
After a decade with the company, my last three servers faced performance issues that required support. I reached my breaking point with my current server. The support system is severely lacking—no tickets, no hotline, just chat with long wait times. The community is filled with others expressing similar frustrations. I spent hours seeking assistance, eventually obtaining a refund and moving to a different provider. I shared my honest feedback as a long-time customer, detailing my concerns and inquiring about their plans to regain my trust. Their reply? An AI bot named "Fin" stating my experience is important and asking if I wanted to talk to a human. If my experience truly matters, I shouldn't be dealt with by a bot. It's absurd! While the company may offer slightly lower prices than others, the hours wasted waiting for support and receiving automated responses render any price difference irrelevant. The company was once reliable; now, it's not. I recommend looking for other providers immediately. It's disheartening to express all this.
