This casino is a complete mess. Support contradicts itself; they have pre-defined rules that they send regardless of your question or what you come with. So don't be surprised if you simply don't get an answer to your question or are left without a response or assistance. No matter how many deposits you make or what the amount, the casino will give you a free bonus of 20 spins at a stake of 0.05 cents, and then tell you that due to low account activity, you're not eligible for a bonus. And so the whole process goes in circles. I forgot to mention their "loyalty program," where you earn points for missions. This is a complete SCAM because during a mission, a "system error" occurs (at least that's how support explains it). And you simply don't get those points for completing the mission because the system crashes at that moment. This happens frequently and constantly. SCAMMERS AND THIEVES! YOU SHOULD NOT TRUST THEM AT ALL IF YOU SIMPLY DON'T WANT TO THROW YOUR MONEY INTO A HOLE. If it were possible, I wouldn't give them any stars because they simply don't deserve them and the license at this casino is either fake or bought.
