I purchased a gift card as a Christmas present, and the recipient later informed me that when she tried to use it, there was only $1.00 remaining on the card. When she contacted customer service, she was told the card had been cloned and that I needed to contact Sephora directly to resolve the issue.

I then called customer service myself to explain the situation. The representative initially said he did not understand the problem because the gift card had already been used. I explained again that we were told the card had been cloned as the recipient had not used the gift card. He responded that there was nothing he could do and that my bank needed to get involved. When I tried to ask additional questions, I felt rushed off the phone and that he was unwilling to help or provide any further clarification.

I expected much better customer service and support in resolving what appears to be fraud.

I’m disappointed to see Sephora continuing to collaborate with Huda Beauty despite the controversial political positions associated with the brand and its founder.
For me, ethical responsibility matters more than profit, so I’ve decided to stop shopping at Sephora. I prefer to support brands that respect human life and stay away from violence and conflict.

The IRGC is responsible for the killing of tens of thousands of people in Iran.
As an Iranian, this is deeply distressing. I believe Sephora prioritises profit over people.

It is deeply concerning that Sephora continues to platform a brand whose leadership has publicly supported extremist groups like the IRGC and Hamas. I believe Sephora is prioritizing corporate profits over human rights and global security. Until you cut ties with Huda Beauty and hold your partners to a higher ethical and humanitarian standard, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I made my first purchase from this company due to a competitive price and promised fast delivery. After three days without any updates, I received an email stating that some items were out of stock. It's frustrating, especially after Black Friday offers. No sincere apology or compensation, just a suggestion to reorder later at a potentially higher price. This lack of professionalism is disappointing for a global brand. This will be my first and last order with them, and I've requested to delete my account.

Ordered an item on sale, faced issues

I ordered an item at a 50% discount, and for three days, it showed my package was being prepared. On the fourth day, I received an email saying they couldn't deliver and would cancel my order. I should have chosen a different website during the Black Friday sale. Now, the item is at full price everywhere. I will be taking this to consumer court.
