I had ordered a customized pokemon card. You get guidance which part you are customizing. Even though there was no preview of your customized card during the order process, i did receive the expected product. I received the product earlier than expected.
It was easy to customize the pillow cover, and it looked exactly as expected when it arrived. The pocket was to small for the book, so I removed the stitches in the middle to get 1 big pocket in stead of 2 smaller ones.The negative point for me was that I paid extra to have it delivered earlier, but it didn't arrive in the timeframe they promised.
