I have worked with recruiters in the past but never have they gone out of their way the way you have. I must admit I was initially sceptical, expecting the same as others, but boy was I wrong!
From the get-go you showed genuine interest. You were engaged, followed through, chased myself and the new firm up and even after securing you are still ensuring things are going well. You didn't take your eye off the ball.
What really took me by surprise is the salary you secured for me. That's when I saw your real strength.
You motivated me, you instilled confidence, you pushed me to push myself, and you gave worth to someone. That is commendable and I cannot thank you enough for your efforts.
