However, they later contacted me, asking for the entire item to be returned for a full refund. The unit has already been assembled. I informed the company in a prior email that disassembling a unit that took hours to build is not feasible. The legs were indeed used and damaged, and my husband has had to fix them. Unfortunately, they will not provide any replacement parts, which would have been my preferred solution.
