This is yet another product that doesn’t perform as advertised. I’ve tried many different types, and this one falls into the same category. The non‑stick property disappears after 3–5 months, even though the coating shows no visible damage, typical for pans of this kind.
Manufacturers always blame the customer, usually claiming the pan was overheated. But what’s the point of buying a pan you can’t cook with? If cookers have standard heat settings, then the pans should be designed to handle typical use.
Save your time and money, unless you only need a pan that lasts 3–5 months.

"Our QC team has informed me that this pan show signs of having been overheated. This is indicated by the type of deterioration shown in images.
Non-stick cookware is not designed to be used on high heats and this is not unique to Scoville. To counter this, we construct our pans from aluminium which conducts and retains heat better than the likes of stainless-steel or cast iron cookware. This means that you can use your Scoville cookware on a medium-low heat and achieve the same results as you would on a higher heat in other cookware.
In our care and use guide, we advise cooking on a medium-low heat to preserve the non-stick coating.
As this type of damage falls outside of the guidance that we provide, this product is unfortunately not eligible for replacement under the lifetime guarantee."
I purchased a set from a retailer, and it was completely unacceptable, with food sticking to the pans. I had to use a scouring pad, but that didn’t help! After several attempts to resolve the issue, they sent me a replacement set that was equally disappointing! I wish I could share a video. AVOID these products! In my opinion, it’s a waste of money, and they do not meet the claims made.

I was very impressed that the company quickly replaced my 18-month-old frying pan under their lifetime guarantee, without any hassle. A small area of the non-stick coating had begun to peel, even though I followed the care instructions... I sent photos and a description via email, and they promptly offered a replacement. Excellent customer support, greatly appreciated.
User-friendly website, reasonable prices for the items & fast delivery. The items are fantastic & if maintained properly, they last. I always hand wash them, although they are dishwasher safe. They clean up effortlessly!! Very satisfied customer 😀
The saucepans are great upon arrival. When we ordered the pans, the email stated they would be dispatched in 3 to 4 days, but we had to follow up with the company for a delivery date since they hadn't arrived after a week. Perhaps that was due to the holiday sales!
