I was EXTREMELY disappointed and discouraged with Customer Service and their policy with their guarantee that “if you’re not pleased or happy, they want to make it right for you!
I received the 3-D Crystal back and it looked ghosted with no definition , 3d or change in color. They would not take it back and make it right and give it a three dimensional look with depth and all.
I tried several times and it was quite disappointing.. Please note,I paid almost $600 for it. All they could say is, “they did the best they could and did not offer , try or want to work with me at all. I would be extremely careful with your agreement and what they do for you!
We ordered two 3-D crystals, and one was not the correct item. After reaching out via email, the support team responded promptly and assured us they would rectify the issue. They kept us updated on the progress of the replacement. We truly appreciate the assistance we received throughout this process. Thank you for the excellent service! We will definitely consider ordering again.
Tears of joy and remembrance! Baxter had just passed away on December 15th, leaving Tammy heartbroken after losing her beloved Cocker Spaniel unexpectedly at just nine years old. I had come across the ads for a certain service and decided to give it a try. I'm so thankful I did. This was given as a memorial gift, and Tammy and Keith were astonished by the lifelike quality of the imagery, remarking that they had never seen anything like it. Baxter, one of their hardest farewells, will always be remembered and immortalized in 3D crystal by this service.
Extremely disappointed with this service... The 3D crystal arrived but looks awful. I've attempted to reach out through their platform but received no reply... They claim to prioritize customer satisfaction, but it seems they aren't making an effort... Caution to potential buyers!
I ordered the large square crystal 3D with a wooden lighted base. I absolutely love it! It exceeded all my expectations. It is a gift for my adult son. I submitted a close up picture of his dog. The crystal had so much detail and filled the square. I received it within a week. Great packaging and a beautiful product. Base seems very sturdy. Couldn't be more happy.
