I upgraded my card to the highest tier, which supposedly includes a PC Express Pass. However, I discovered the $120 annual fee matches the cost of the pass itself, making the upgrade feel pointless. I wasn’t informed about this fee, and the service from delivery drivers has been inconsistent. While I can use points to offset the fee, I expected better service overall.
This review is about a new local store, which is smaller than most similar stores but is conveniently located. It is clean and well-organized. However, I dislike the carts being outside; I understand the reason, though, as there isn't enough space for them inside.
During my visit, I felt rushed at the checkout as the cashier quickly scanned my groceries while the previous customer was still packing theirs. I mentioned that it wasn't a race, but she just laughed and continued. Again, while I was packing, she started scanning the next customer's items. This behavior was quite rude, and I’ve decided not to shop here anymore.
This review addresses a persistent problem that both employees and customers would appreciate having resolved. The sound system, which typically plays background music, has been neglected and hasn't worked since last summer. It would have been nice to have some festive music during the holiday season. A quick fix is needed, as several months without it is unacceptable.
Despite being known as a budget store, I was shocked to find a small bunch of parsley priced at $2.49. This is significantly higher than the $1.99 I usually see elsewhere. I checked two competitors, and their prices were $1.79 and $1.99. This pricing strategy seems questionable, and I feel like they are not respecting their customers.
I was excited about the new store opening but quickly became disappointed. There were mislabeled produce items, rotting produce, and out-of-stock advertised products. Additionally, the staff seemed unaware of where items were located. I filled out a customer survey and expected a follow-up, but no one contacted me. I will be shopping elsewhere from now on.
After years of shopping here, my recent visit was the worst service I've experienced. The store was under-staffed during peak hours, and self-checkout wasn't accessible for those with carts. I waited 20 minutes in line with a confused cashier who kept leaving to ask for help, causing delays. This is unacceptable, and I will be shopping elsewhere.
