The gaming experience is okay I just wish the winning experience was better because I've been playing on this platform for almost a year and a half two years now and I have not won any significant amount of money maybe a dollar or two here and there I've lost more than I've won
I recently have tried to make attempts to recover several gift cards which I never received and now there telling me to contact Prizeout which I have and there not responding as well. This is ridiculous and just wanted to let others know to tread carefully...

To begin with, the spin wheel has significantly more spots for points than for money. Unsurprisingly, I mostly end up with points instead of any cash rewards. In the past five to six years, I've only won money once or twice. Additionally, the free spins offered after six days are capped at just $10, making it nearly impossible to win anything substantial. Even when I made deposits, I rarely saw any returns. In all the years I've played, I’ve only managed to cash out three times, each time at the minimum of $100, and the process was frustratingly complicated. While the games are entertaining when they work, there are frequent glitches during free play, and the daily bonus gives only about 10 cents from a 30-cent bonus. Overall, I would rate this platform a one, and I would give it a half if that were an option.
Avoid spending your money here; it's a scam. The customer service does not respond promptly, and often only replies when you're not on their platform. Even if you win, they claim you have accounts linked to different emails and refuse to pay out your winnings. I've saved screenshots of over ten days of messages trying to claim 658 from them. This is the most unprofessional site I've ever used. It's a total waste of time and money.
I really dislike this game because it feels like you can only win once. After that initial win, it seems impossible to win again. The focus appears to be on getting players to purchase in-game currency. I prefer to play for free when I can, and if I have some money available, I might buy coins, but otherwise it just drains your finances if you allow it. This has been my experience every time I play, and there's no specific date for this frustration.
