First order took three weeks to arrive after chasing to find the reason was one of the items were out of stock. No notification of this. I told them to forget the pair out of stock and send the rest which they did. I placed another order for the over the knee pair which were the out of stock item from the first order. Then they a week later sent me 3 short pairs! They keep asking me to send pictures of the 6 pairs I have so they can find a solution!?! What 6 pairs? I can’t fathom them. I have sent a picture of what I ordered and what I received twice now and had another email to ask for a picture of the 6 pairs!?! Madness! Order NU475138
Very impressed with 1st then 2nd pack of Nordic Socks. So warm and comfortable. So much so, that I’ll be ordering a pack for my son, as 1 of his presents (😳🤪) for next Christmas !!!What’s not to like ?Warm, comfortable, hard wearing, smart, trendy. And equally wearable for long distant walks, with casual wear or during high profile occasions, where they would certainly offer a talking point.
I've recently bought both the wool and the cotton socks. Both types are lovely and soft. They don't seem to fall down either! Both types have washed well. The wool ones are really warm and thick. The cotton ones are my favourite as they keep my feet warm, but not as toasty as the wool. Looking forward to seeing how the wool ones work out in really cold weather.
Customer service socks.I've ordered some socks from the Tore line.The sizing is of, I've always ordered size 43-46 and never had issues before.The socks I received this time don't fit for some reason.I've reached out to customer service and explained. Not only do they lack knowledge of consumer law in the countries they do businesses, they also don't offer satisfying solutions to their customers.It's sad because I love their socks, alas their service also socks.Update.I've had email contact with Veronica from nordic socks. She reached out after I've reviewed what happened, she was thorough and although she could not get me a return label (current company policy) she made sure I would be reimbursed. Thanks Veronica for making things better.
