Disappointing customer service interaction

The customer service experience was very disappointing. They failed to provide clear information about import fees, and it was hard to determine on their website that they are not a domestic company. I ordered two chairs but only received one, having to go through several frustrating steps to arrange the delivery of the second chair due to their mistake. I will not be placing any future orders.

Poor customer support experience

Extremely poor customer support. They were unclear about import fees, and it was difficult to discern on their website that they are not a domestic company. I ordered two chairs and only received one, having to navigate multiple obstacles to get the second one delivered, even though it was their error. I won't be ordering from them again.

Unreliable service and inadequate support

Delivery dates were completely unreliable. Even with express shipping, there was no change. The customer service was quick but unhelpful, providing vague answers. After 10 days of being assured my parcel would ship soon, it finally did, only to get stuck at the border due to missing documents. Unbelievable!

Extremely disappointing experience

This company is absolutely disappointing! I cannot recommend ordering from them, especially if you're in the US. They are dishonest about unexpected fees and provide endless runarounds in customer service. The representatives were rude and incompetent. I had to file a case with my card provider to resolve the issue. Shop elsewhere.

Received the wrong expensive item

I purchased a chair worth over €1500, but they sent the wrong one. Such a mistake for an expensive item is unacceptable. The international shipping involved custom fees, and I had to arrange the return myself, incurring additional costs, which resulted in a loss of over €200.

Beware of this seller

I ordered an item and returned it, but they refused to accept the return, claiming it was damaged even though I hadn't opened the box. They either sent me a damaged item or packed it poorly. They refused to issue a refund and allegedly sent the package back to me with incorrect customs documents. It's been two months with no contact, and both my money and the item are still with them. Avoid this seller. Their responses to reviews are misleading; they have no intention of refunding.

Unexpected COD charges

I purchased a product for $120, but when it was delivered, I was charged an additional $80 COD. I refused to pay as I was unaware of this markup at delivery. Their support email bounced back to me. A frustrating experience.
