A beginner? Don’t waste your time
First off I should’ve knew by all the ads I might not like the site thinking I could trust the you youtuber who suggested it…. I don’t and it’s not really like beginner friendly if you like breaking your neck to see when we changing and it’s quiet so I’m lost I don’t even know the positions yet… I’m annoyed I paid for this … not a fan and won’t be sticking around past what I paid for …
Very, very dissatisfied with Nord pilates. My bank blocked a subscription payment to them, after I cancelled the subscription last December. Apparantlly qhen I cancelled my subscription this does not include an add on that I was unaware of. Whilst still in discussions with Nord, they have now taken the payment through PayPal. Please, please avoid this company

Nord Pilates asked me to contact them again to discuss my refund. Again a negative email saying to refund!I think they like to give the impression they are a reasonable company.I will not be contacting them again as they will probably suggest, they have no customer service skills.
the exercises were very basic but the subscription renews itself without any notification and they charge you £80. They back themselves up with the terms and conditions that states it renews itself. Luckily I have seen it as pending payment and blocked it. You can get better exercises scrolling on tiktok its really is there to get money out of people
This is a terrible program with no verbal interaction which makes it extremely difficult to follow and do the exercises at the same time.In addition trying to cancel the subscription is misleading and confusing and should a resubscription go through in error that will not revert at all.Avoid in all instances.
