Yes i was having policies with go skippy insurance company. And it's really easy to get and make some changes. Also, in price it's cheaper than other Companies with providing all of major covers in insurance. The customer service is really excellent it's 24×7 and contact is really easy to make.

had a great experience with GoSkippy Insurance. They offered me one of the cheapest quotes compared to other companies, but the service was still excellent. The process was quick, simple, and easy to understand. Everything was clear with no hidden surprises.

Customer service was helpful and professional whenever I needed assistance. It’s hard to find an insurance company that is both affordable and reliable, but GoSkippy managed to do both. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for good value insurance.

Extremely poor service and ethics

This insurer has proven to be the worst I’ve encountered. The customer service team lacks ethics, being abrupt and rude, and they struggle to complete even basic tasks. The complaints process is even more frustrating, as they fail to investigate properly and seem unaware of the details surrounding issues. I have no intention of renewing my insurance next year, and I might even consider leaving sooner if more problems arise, which seems likely. I have lost all confidence in this service.

Frustrated with cancellation fees after one month

I wanted to cancel my policy within the first month due to issues with the car, which I can no longer drive. The cancellation fee is £780, which seems outrageous! It's a complete scam; I'm only 19 and not earning much, yet they expect me to pay such a high amount to cancel my policy. It's ridiculous.

⭐ Extremely disappointing experience – exercise caution. The experience with the service was very poor and misleading. Upon purchasing a policy, I was automatically enrolled in a credit/loan agreement (via a third party), which was not clearly explained at the start. If you’re not vigilant, you might incur additional monthly charges and fees. When it came time to not renew the policy, the process became even more stressful. The support team was hard to communicate with, their language skills were lacking, and they often seemed to misunderstand the situation. I was unaware that I needed to separately contact the finance company to cancel the credit agreement. As a result, the policy/credit was renewed without my approval, leaving me worried about potential extra charges. Overall, the entire process feels confusing, poorly communicated, and unfair to clients. Please exercise caution when selecting this service for car insurance and ensure you verify any credit agreements.

The most disappointing car insurance experience I've had in 15 years

This is the most disappointing car insurance experience I've encountered in over 15 years. After having a 2-year policy, I changed my address and was unexpectedly charged £260 for the move. Additionally, I was inundated with emails due to the forced cancellation of my policy. I will never choose this insurance provider again.

Frustrating experience with policy start date

I insured my car on the 10th of December and intended for the policy to begin on that date. However, I accidentally selected the 11th on my phone. When I contacted customer service, I was informed that this could not be changed. With one child in the hospital, I had to spend £30 on taxis for back and forth trips. This was not an ideal way to begin with a new insurance provider; I found it absolutely unacceptable.

Simple process with a minor letdown

The process was simple and straightforward. My only minor disappointment was having to insure my new vehicle to tax it before I could apply my private plate. However, everything was completed within an hour of starting the policy. I did incur a charge to change the registration to my new plate, which I would have understood if it had been a while later.
