The app itself is great (apart from all the upselling).. I tried to cancel the subscription, however I apparently needed to go thru the App Store to cancel el. This was not apparent to me and I was then charged $167 AUD for 4 weeks!!! I contacted the customer support the day the payment went through and it was like AI was answering the emails and was not prepared to listen or refund me. They have zero care-factor when ripping people off. Humans assessing cases may be a better option. If that was a human that was responding, then they need to look at who they’re employing. Was cold and robot-like.
Signed up for what was clearly advertised as an £11.99 trial, then cancelled. Despite this, Nord Pilates continued charging £24.47 repeatedly from my account with no explanation and no notification.I only realised months later, which is incredibly frustrating. I even cancelled the subscription through the Apple App Store, yet the charges still continued.I’ve tried to contact them and received no response whatsoever. No customer service, no transparency, and no accountability. This feels incredibly misleading and borderline dishonest.Be very careful before signing up — check your bank statements closely. I’m fuming.
This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I subscribed for only seven days, and without any reminder or warning that I would be charged, they took money from my account. It happened today. As soon as I saw the charge, I contacted support and explained that I hadn’t used Nord Pilates at all. I didn’t know the trial would automatically charge me, and I asked if they could refund it.They didn’t care at all and blamed me instead. What is the point of having customer support if they don’t help? This feels like a scam. I will never recommend this service to anyone. I’m extremely frustrated and angry. Charging $168 without informing people is not right. That is a lot of money. I’m very disappointed. If I could give zero stars, I would.
