Really bad experience from Northmill

Really bad experience from Northmill. They had wrongly taken money from my bank via autogiro and after a long discussion with them they return only about 90% of money and I don't understand why they take their customer's time and try to hustle them for little money... Also quite a bad customer service. Last time I will use Northmill and will tell the people around me to stay away from Northmil.
