Disappointing Experience with the Developer

My experience as a buyer of an off-plan property has been exceedingly disappointing and worrisome. After purchasing a unit based on the initially advertised project layout, the developer subsequently introduced an additional building phase that greatly affected views, natural light, and privacy. Such significant changes were made after contracts were signed, without adequate transparency at the point of sale. The handover of my unit has been delayed by almost a year, with construction moving at a very slow pace and no clear timeline shared with buyers. Payment processing has been especially problematic. At the time of purchase and contract signing, I provided 36 post-dated bank cheques following the agreed payment schedule. However, several cheques were deposited late by the developer, and despite having sufficient funds, penalties were imposed due to the developer’s delayed submissions. More recently, when I tried to make a scheduled payment, the escrow account mentioned in the contract was blocked, making payment impossible. Instead of resolving this properly, I was directed to pay through online links to a corporate account, raising significant regulatory concerns. Despite submitting multiple requests over more than a year to remove unjustified penalties, my emails have been ignored, while automated payment reminders continue to be sent. Due to the ongoing lack of resolution, transparency, and accountability, I feel compelled to file a formal complaint with the relevant authorities to protect my rights as a buyer. I strongly recommend potential buyers exercise caution and verify project plans, escrow compliance, payment processing, construction timelines, and the developer’s practices before committing.

Nightmare Experience

The experience has been a nightmare. I bought a studio and was making payments through a wallet, which they closed without warning, disregarding my last four months of payments. I wrote to them countless times, but no one answers, and when they do, it's to repeat that the wallet is closed. This is the worst experience imaginable. I deeply regret investing my money here. It’s truly shameful!

Avoid This Developer

This developer is causing disruption in the community, conducting concrete work during the rain. This will lead to numerous issues with the buildings later, including poor maintenance and construction quality. It's best to steer clear of them. Additionally, the project images do not reflect reality!

Unauthorized Payments and Poor Management

Since purchasing my unit, I have had unauthorized payments taken from my account with the developer, and I’ve received several calls demanding payments I've already made. Why is there such poor management of customer accounts? I have raised this issue before, but there seems to be little improvement. Is it so difficult to track payments made and those due?

Fraudulent Practices

This developer is a fraud. No one should engage with them. They make false promises just to secure sales. I was pressured to book a project during an open house with the promise of receiving an iPhone immediately after making the reservation. It has been three months since the reservation, and I still haven’t received it. Initially, I was told it was a bulk order, then that it would come after paying fees, and finally that it would only be a voucher for the iPhone. Why claim three months ago that the order was already placed? Now, they don’t even respond to emails—they simply ignore them. It has been over three months, and even after making three months of payments, I still haven’t received the iPhone. They are completely dishonest. Additionally, there were many issues with paperwork. No one should deal with this company.

Terrible Service Experience

I bought a unit from this developer in 2023. I am still making payments, but the service has been terrible. I have to chase them for payment confirmations, writing countless emails without receiving responses for months. They change the collection officer frequently, so I never have consistent contact. They also provide no information about the construction status. Once they have your money, their attitude changes. There are serious issues within this organization. Other developers offer far better service!

Lack of Customer Care

There is no customer care and the experience has been very disappointing. Once you pay the deposit, you feel trapped. This has been the worst experience of my life. I bought an apartment with this developer, and the service has been extremely poor.

Mixed Experience with Developer

We traveled to purchase a studio at the developer's project, paid a significant amount, and were promised a parking space and view. After two months of silence, we were informed that the unit had no parking. We requested a refund and were assured it would arrive in six weeks, but now they are refusing to process it, claiming our email is 'not registered,' despite all communication happening through that email. Their sales managers stopped responding after receiving our payment, especially after we requested a refund. This process has wasted our time and trust. I do not recommend this developer to anyone. UPDATE: We eventually managed to communicate with them and received our booking fee back. Once we resumed communication, everything went smoothly, and the money was quickly returned.
