I invested in their "bonds"...for months they said recoveries are going on because borrowers aren't paying back. And then out of the blue they just zeroed out my balance...erased history of my deposit/transactions!! And no communication.

This is securities fraud...plain and simple. They stole money.,.SEC or some oversight agency should investigate these guys . I don't have the time to pursue...but someone should look into these guys.

They got buy in by saying that you get a fixed interest rate and full liquidity but I haven't been able to pull my investments despite trying for over a year. They charged me taxes in 2025 for "interest" even though I can't access the money. When I inquire about when I can have my money, they just say they don't know when I will be able to withdraw it. Complete scam, run far away and don't make my mistake.

Company went bankrupt or something and they liquidated my whole portfolio with no notice. Luckily I only lost a few hundred dollars, but I think many people lost much more. Shameful corporate stewardship. The website should be taken down immediately if they're unable to let bondholders redeem their investments. I thought bonds were supposed to be safer than stocks, but apparently this place isn't FDIC-insured, and their legal terms deny any liability whatsoever. Anyone considering investing, RUN AWAY!

Same as other recent reviewers - the guy that put $570K with them - best of luck to you. If there is a class action I am interested and even more interested if criminal charges could be brought on the management team. Lock them up!

As many others have said they held our money and would not let us withdraw for 5 yrs and just today 2/3/2026 they have sent out a communication notifying holders of those bonds that the bonds are worthless and they will not be paying them back to investors. STAY FAR AWAY from this company. They continue to sell bonds that for sure will end up worthless to future investors!

They made promises and then took all my money. Of course, as an investor, you know that you are taking some risks. However, this company purposely and knowingly misled investors; that is very different and borders on criminal.

If your goal is toooo LOOOSE money this is the place for you. DO NOT PLACE A DOLLAR WITH THEM. Them and LENDING CLUB are terrible go to Vegas you will at least have a little fun loosing your money. I agree with AI on this looser:Default Concerns: Reports from early 2025 suggest that Worthy defaulted on 3 of its 4 loan offerings, with claims of negative net equity and accusations of the service operating like a Ponzi scheme.

I lost $600 with worthy. They constantly reassure you that their asset-backed bonds are "safe" yet my "bonds" on their first and second rounds were frozen in 2023, they stated they'd continue to accrue interest while consolidating funds, and now yesterday it was declared unrecoverable. Shameful.

Complete fraud and zero accountability

Worthy Financial froze redemptions for years, gave almost no real updates, and kept showing “interest” like everything was fine. Now we just received an email saying they lost everyone’s money and the bonds are basically worthless. I lost all the money I invested. Stay far away.
