Item missing and bad service

I made a purchase, took a video opening the box, and when removing item by item, I realized that one of the items was missing.I sent an email to Notino to inform him of what had happened and also attached the video. Mrs. Kerli responded to me once saying she would look into it, after that she didn't get back to me, I sent other emails that have not been answered. The service is poor and without proper attention to the customer.I paid for something I didn't receive and I hope to be reimbursed. I know that this is not the type of service that Notino wants for its customers, but unfortunately that is what is happening now.
